The 2014 Prado will arrive wearing 'fanged' lamps and LED daytime
running lights, along with an extravagant grille design that gets
meatier bars and bold chrome frame. Changes at the rear end are limited
to a new lens design for the existing tail-lamps and a bolder new
garnish and number-plate surround. There's also an upgraded front bumper
design, with the new over-sized styling affording better protection to
the radiator grille and headlights.
Updates
in the cabin are similarly subtle, rounded out by a revised layout to
the centre stack and switches, and an updated instrument panel. Toyota
says it has given the second- and third-row seats an upgrade however,
and there's also new colour and fabric options avaialble in the cabin.
International engine options have carried over largely unchanged, and we
can likely expect the same here. That will mean the familiar 4.0 litre
six and 3.0 litre four-cylinder engines will star again, offering
202kW/381Nm and 127kW/410Nm respectively. Article source link
